Marriages in the Highlandlake/Mead area

On this page we plan on listing marriages as we find them. Most will come from the Longmont Ledger and other area papers.

MARRIED: PETERS-CLIFFORD -- At Palmer Lake, Colorado, Wednesday July 18, 1923, Mr. Carl A. Peters and Miss Mary Roberta Clifford. Palm Grove cottage at Palmer Lake was the scene of a very pretty wedding Wednesday noon, when Mr. Carl A. Peters of Mead claimed Miss Mary Roberta Clifford for his bride.
A good many friends and relatives witnessed the lovely wedding, after which was served a elegant wedding breakfast. The bride is a graduate of Wyoming State University, a member of Pi Phi sorority and taught last year in the Longmont High School. Mr. Peters is a well known business man and farmer in Mead.  He attended the State Agricultural College and is a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity.
The young couple will make their home in Mead. Longmont Ledger  (Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado). Jul 20, 1923  Page 5
