Obituaries - George Albert Huffman

Funeral services for George Albert Huffman, Mead, 77-year-old retired butcher, who died in a local hospital Friday, will be held from the Robinson chapel Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. The Rev. Harold Teed will officiate and burial will be made in Mountain View Cemetery. The deceased had suffered from a heart ailment for about a year.

Mr. Huffman was born in Muskingum county, Ohio April 7, 1870 and moved to Mead about 40 years about. He served the town as marshal at one time.

Surviving relatives include a sister, Miss Alice Huffman of Zanesville, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.

Huffman Funeral Services Held.

Funeral services for George A. Huffman were held at the Robinson Funeral home Tuesday afternoon with Rev. Harold Teed officiating. Mr. Huffman was a former butcher and marshal at Mead.

Rodney Markham sag "Rock of Ages" and "In the Garden" accompanied by Mrs. H. E. Brewbaker. Bearers were R. S. True, Carl True, Carl Peters, Marion Humphery, M. G. Mead and Rodney Markham. Interment was made in Mountain View Cemetery (in Longmont).
